Shenzhen, June 14, 2024 – The “How AI is Reshaping International Customer Relations” seminar, co-hosted by the Forbes Global Alliance and the AI for Developing Countries Forum (AIFOD), was held in Qianhai, Shenzhen. The seminar was hosted by Melissa Zhou of the Forbes Financial Alliance Financial Committee, who emphasized the increasingly important role of AI technology in the globalized business environment during her opening remarks.
