The Global Artificial Intelligence Expert Dialogue, hosted by the organizing committee, aims to provide a platform for experts and scholars in the field of artificial intelligence worldwide to discuss the opportunities and challenges faced in the development of AI. The dialogue will provide intellectual support for the “Artificial Intelligence Forum for Developing Countries” to be held at the United Nations in Vienna from July 17 to 18.

“发展中国家人工智能论坛杭州讨论会”将于2024年6月1日至6月4日在中国杭州钱江新城万豪酒店举行。本次会议由发展中国家人工智能论坛组委会主办，旨在为全球人工智能领域的专家学者提供一个对话平台，共同探讨人工智能发展面临的机遇与挑战，为7月17日至18日在维也纳联合国举行的”发展中国家人工智能论坛”提供智力支持。

  • June 2 Theme: The International Sovereignty Game of Data: The Struggle for Control Among Individuals, Enterprises, and Governments in the AI Era: Discuss the game and conflicts of data sovereignty among individuals, enterprises, and governments in the AI era, analyze the demands of different stakeholders, and explore the establishment of a fair, transparent, and trustworthy data governance model.
  • 6月2日 主题：数据的国际主权博弈：AI时代个人、企业与政府的控制权之争: 讨论在人工智能时代，数据主权在个人、企业与政府之间的博弈与冲突，分析不同利益相关者的诉求，探索建立公平、透明、可信的数据治理模式。
  • June 3 Theme: The Ethical Dilemma and Governance Innovation of AI-Generated NSFW Content in the Global Game: Focus on the ethical issues raised by AI-generated inappropriate content, analyze the governance measures and innovative practices adopted by countries in addressing this challenge, and provide inspiration for building responsible and trustworthy artificial intelligence.
  • 6月3日 主题：全球博弈下AI生成NSFW内容的伦理困局与治理创新:聚焦人工智能生成不适宜内容所引发的伦理问题，剖析各国在应对这一挑战时采取的治理措施和创新实践，为构建负责任、可信赖的人工智能提供启示。
  • June 4 Theme: Minimalist Design Practices, Cooperation, and Innovation of Artificial Intelligence from a Global Perspective: Share excellent cases of AI minimalist design worldwide, discuss how to promote the popularization and application of AI in developing countries through international cooperation and innovation, benefiting the masses.
  • 6月4日 主题：全球视角下人工智能的简约设计实践、合作与创新:分享全球范围内人工智能简约设计的优秀案例，探讨如何通过跨国合作与创新，推动人工智能在发展中国家的普及应用，造福广大民众。

Each discussion session is expected to have around 10participants, subject to confirmation of registration. We sincerely invite experts, scholars, government representatives, business leaders, and related practitioners in the field of artificial intelligence to participate in this event. There is no fee for attending the conference.

每场讨论会规模预计为10人左右，以收到确认报名通知为准。我们诚邀人工智能领域的专家学者、政府机构代表、企业领袖及相关从业者参与此次活动。活动不收取任何费用。
