Andrii Ryshchenko, currently serving as a Judge Speaker at Dnipropetrovsk Regional Administrative Court, has been a pivotal figure in the judiciary since December 2009. With over 14 years dedicated to administrative law, he plays a crucial role in both adjudicating cases and acting as the court’s spokesperson, particularly in public relations. Additionally, Andrii holds the presidency of GEMME Ukraine since March 2023 and coordinates the Dnipro Regional Justice Reform Council for the EU Project Pravo-Justice. His efforts focus on driving essential legal reforms and enhancing communication between regional and national levels. Educated at Dnipropetrovsk National University, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Contract Law, underscoring his deep expertise in legal matters both domestically and internationally.
