Anna Heindler is an intellectual property lawyer. Her area of interest is intellectual property in information technology, digital health, AI, and big data. She holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law with honors from the University of Turin (Italy) and from the World Intellectual Property Organization (Switzerland). She has published a book on patent protection of medicines in the Russian Federation and other jurisdictions as well as a monograph on the intellectual property legislation of Azerbaijan. She has also co-authored three university textbooks on intellectual property and patent law. In 2020, she won the Intellectual Property Russia award. In 2024, she graduated from the Oxford University AI programme.
