Charu possesses almost 7 months of cumulative work experience in the Litigation Field and has practical knowledge of complete courtroom procedures. She has represented clients before the District Courts of Delhi, Consumer Forums across Delhi, DRAT, etc. Additionally, she has drafted various Petitions, Cross Examination Questions, Legal Notices, SLPs, and other drafts during her tenure.

She is proficient in research on IPR databases such as WIPO, OHIM, USPTO, JPO, and domain name searches on Registry.in and WHOIS searches. She also has substantial understanding and knowledge of navigating the IP India website, the source of all updates and searches related to Intellectual Property in India.
