Dr. Chibuzor Udokwu, PhD is a senior researcher at the Austrian Blockchain Center. He received his master’s degree in the Software Science department of Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia in 2017 and completed his PhD in Software Engineering at the Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland in 2022. He has published in several journals and presented in academic conferences, scientific papers focused on decentralized systems and machine learning applications. His career is dedicated to advancing research at the intersection of AI and blockchains. His innovative work in integrating these emerging technologies has positioned him at the forefront of efforts to create intelligent, decentralized systems that are transparent, robust and scalable. His research interests include requirement engineering, blockchain application design, and secure & ethical AI applications.
