Chloé Zimmermann is an accomplished architect with a profound commitment to sustainable urban development and Smart City research. Her dynamic career includes significant contributions to the World Expo 2020 in Dubai and major adaptive reuse projects in Warsaw and Paris, managing over 30,000m² of development. Chloé has honed her expertise across prestigious architectural firms in France, Poland, and Ireland, and at research and design institutions in Austria, France, the Netherlands, and India. An active member of ICT4D.at, she leads projects enhancing rural and urban infrastructures in India, including a new community center in Bangalore and an information laboratory in Tamil Nadu. Chloé holds a Master’s degree from École nationale supérieure d’architecture Paris-Malaquais, where she also completed her HMONP certification.
