Assoc.Prof.Dr.Firman Freaddy Busroh, S.H., M.Hum, C.T.L., C.M.N. is Chairman and Associate Professor at the Sumpah Pemuda School of Law, Indonesia. In addition to lecturing, he also works as an Advocate (PERADI), Tax Lawyer (PERJAKIN) and Arbitrator at the International Arbitration Court AEA in Berlin, Germany. Also as a member of the Regional Notary Supervisory Council in Indonesia, Assessor and Supervisor of the Law Office of Polis Abdi Hukum Stihpada. Has expertise in Legal Theory, Business Law, Agrarian Law and Constitutional Law. Active as a speaker, lecturer and writing produce law books, proceedings, research in national journals and reputable international journals.
