Gudrun Julia Oberhauser is a senior executive and digital coach with 25 years of work experience. Her coaching work focuses very much on the new world of work: how can executives build resilience, sustain performance, embrace digital & AI, and thrive in the VUCA world.
Previously, she has accompanied and managed large international IT and change projects, mainly in the financial services and telco environment. She started her working career as a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting and worked as a director at Tele2 Austria.
Gudrun Julia Oberhauser completed her master studies in business administration and international management at the Vienna University of Economics and BA and at the NHH Norwegian Business School. She completed her 3-year postgraduate studies in business coaching at the University of Vienna, earning a degree as a certified systemic coach.
She is fluent in German, English, and Italian and has a good working understanding of French.
She is currently based in Vienna, Austria and does a lot of her coaching work online, working with clients from a variety of different countries and backgrounds.
