Helen Tung is a barrister, senior counsel and teaching fellow with over 18 years of strategic legal experience in various fields, including commercial contracts, intellectual property, maritime and shipping, space, ESG, construction, employment, projects, and corporate and regulatory matters. She is a qualified barrister in England and Wales, a former DIFC practitioner, current registered practitioner of Abu Dhabi Global Markets, and a foreign registered lawyer in Victoria, Australia. Alongside acting as a legal consultant on laws of England and Wales and international law, she also acts as an arbitrator and mediator.
She is also a teaching fellow at The College of Law Australia, where she shares her expertise in international arbitration and is also the Founder of NewSpace2060.
