Isabella Mader is the CEO of Excellence Research and a university lecturer on IT Strategy, Business Psychology in Software Development and Human Factors in AI. She also serves as the publisher of the executive magazine xBN Executive Business News.
Since 2017, she has also been an Executive Advisor to the Global Peter Drucker Forum, where she has been an active speaker and session chair since 2013.
Prior to her current role, she served as the CEO of a software company and worked in methodology development at the CTBTO (On-Site Inspection)/United Nations.
She is member of the Advisory Board of the Austrian School of Government and the Advisory Board on Digitalization of the Austrian Parliament.
