Jaime Enrique Cuevas Martínez is a highly qualified lawyer with a diverse educational background, including a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master in Private Law from IES San Pablo – CEU, and further specializations in Urban Planning, Arbitration, and an Executive MBA among others. He has held significant positions in legal advice and HR, managing over 3,500 employees, and has partnered in several legal offices.

A member of prestigious legal boards and societies in Madrid, Buenos Aires, and Paris, Jaime also serves as an arbitrator in various international arbitration courts and is involved in numerous legal associations focused on arbitration and negotiation. Currently, he teaches in the Master of Access to the Legal Profession and various executive programs at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, as well as guest lectures in Buenos Aires and Mexico City.

His academic roles extend to directing and teaching in programs concerning business arbitration, corporate law, and international business law, in addition to participating as a speaker at multiple legal and business forums. His publications include books on the organization of the legal profession and professional fees, alongside numerous articles in specialized legal press.

Recognized internationally, Jaime Enrique Cuevas Martínez was awarded the International Business Lawyer of the Year for two consecutive years and recently received an ADR Award in Arbitration, highlighting his distinguished contributions to the field.
