For two decades now, Michael Babilon Teubenbacher has been advising clients across industries in the context of transformations and change projects as well as on issues relating to organizational development. Mr. Babilon-Teubenbacher has a wide range of experience in the development of fast-growing organizations, in the establishment of new, often international cooperation models, in issues relating to digital transformations and in strategy implementation. In addition, Mr. Babilon-Teubenbacher can draw on a comprehensive entrepreneurial repertoire from seven years of business development in China. In addition to his work as a consultant, Mr. Babilon-Teubenbacher is a lecturer for change management at IMC Krems as well as an EFQM assessor.
