Michael Mrak is a Certified Compliance Officer and Certified Compliance Auditor. He worked for decades as a data protection, information security and money laundering officer and was head of the compliance department at Casinos Austria and Austrian Lotteries until 2021, where he was responsible for the establishment and further development of the group-wide CMS. Since 2022, he has been working as an independent consultant (www.mrak.at) and is also a founding member of the board of the Association of Austrian Data Protection Officers (www.privacyofficers.at).
