Michael Nugent established Esus in early 2022 after completing his bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Sussex in 2020. His academic background equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, economic theory, and business management, which he leveraged to lead and grow his company.
He is recognized as the youngest ever lead consultant on a foreign-exchange listing of a UAE business, having advised on high-stake projects including listings, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring, with a cumulative worth over $200 million USD. His expertise spans strategic planning, private equity, capital markets, and corporate restructuring in sectors like F&B, sports, entertainment, and media. Michael is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments.
