With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Natalia has held pivotal roles across diverse markets, demonstrating a profound expertise in business development, decisioning, and consulting.

Her tenure at CRIF includes significant leadership positions, such as Regional Market Manager and General Director for Russia and CIS from 2006 to December 2022, and Regional Director for DACH countries at CRIF Austria from November 2011 to January 2022. In these roles, Natalia excelled in driving strategic growth and expanding business operations across multiple regions.

Previously, as Head of Medium and Small Enterprises Lending at Raiffeisenbank from 2002 to 2006, she spearheaded the development of a new business unit, significantly enhancing operational and credit portfolio performance.
