Siaka Jinadou
Siaka Jinadou was born and schooled in Banjul, The Gambia, where he earned his high school diploma. In search of new opportunities, he moved to Europe and eventually settled in Vienna, Austria, in 2001. After obtaining a working permit in 2003, Siaka began his career in social work, initially focusing on the Migration and Refugee Sector where he dedicated seven years of service.
His career evolved as he transitioned to working with minors in cooperation with the Vienna Department for Social Welfare. In 2017, Siaka made another significant shift in his professional journey by starting to work with convicted offenders within the framework of probation services.
In addition to his primary career, Siaka pursued further education and acquired a degree in Supervision, Coaching, and Organizational Development, services he now offers on a part-time basis. Currently, he is keen on leveraging his extensive experience and educational background to develop his Consulting Firm, which will focus on Sustainable Development Goal 16, promoting peace, justice, and strong institutions.
