As the Head of Talent at Nextly, Thais Arraes leads and manages the talent strategy for a team of over 60 software engineers, designers, and makers who build scalable tech solutions for Fortune 500s, Inc 5000s, and high-growth startups. With over six years of experience in the HR field, she holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Communications and Public Relations, which enable her to understand the business perspective and apply it to talent acquisition and management. Arraes leverages her skills in Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Performance Assessment, DISC behavioral mapping analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and B2B and B2C to drive performance and business outcomes. She also provides consultation to business and HR stakeholders on talent-related topics, including market trends, talent availability, sourcing and selection strategies, legal compliance, and recruitment needs. Additionally, she speaks fluent English and advanced French and Spanish, and is pursuing studies in People Management and Sustainable Development.
