Dr. Thorsten Händler heads the R&D Department as well as the Department of Digital Transformation at Ferdinand Porsche Mobile University of Applied Sciences (FERNFH), Austria. His research interests cover fields of Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems and Software Engineering including AI Transformation, Intelligent Agents, AI-assisted Decision Making, Process Management and Automation, IT/AI Education & Training, Serious Games and Gamification, Human-Computer Interaction, Software Architecture and Modeling, as well as AI-driven Business Models. He obtained his PhD in Information Systems from Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), Austria.
