Werner Roman Drexel is a distinguished Lead Principal Analog Designer at Infineon Technologies in Austria, specializing in semiconductor and mixed-signal technology. With over 25 years of experience, he has played a pivotal role in the development and transfer of small NVM modules for embedded CMOS processes. Werner’s expertise has been instrumental in successfully transferring about 10 processes to new fabrication locations, three of which he led as the principal engineer. He holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communication Engineering from TU Graz. Werner is also an active member of IEEE Austria, contributing to the advancement of technology in the region.
